It is a good phone. It could be better it does turn off alot sometime when you do receve alot of pic msgs it slows down and stop.

I love this phone. It would of been perfect, if it had a video camera, and was a little bigger. I love that its a keyboard and touchscreen thats the best. If they come out with and bigger one with video camera, android and wi-fi plus all the feature it already have, with the keyboard and touch, plus the same or longer battery life I would been all over it. Til then, this is the best phone ever, and dont want no other.

Mine did the same thing. It used to shut down and then it turned off but it got better after using it for a while!!!

We have had problems with accepting picture mail and also with the memory. I am clearly not impressed with this phone!!!!! 2 thumbs down!!!!!!

The phone shuts off on me ... If I a text message the screen goes black and freezes.

It's a great phone, I love the slide-out key board and the touchscreen. I also like how you can add "bookmarks" to the front screen, etc etc. The internet is fine, except a lot of times the touch screen lags greatly, especially when I'm trying to scroll down. Texting wise, I'm kinda disappointed that there's a 160 character limit on the text AND it doesn't automatically direct you to the next page (or if it does, can anyone tell me how?) And I don't know if it's the phone itself or the company, but most of the times when I receive multi-paged texts I only get one page, and the rest comes sometime around 3AM. It doesn't make conversation easy. Anyways, overall, on a good day, it's a pretty good phone.

The design is good, especially the touch screen and slider. Slow browser (CDMA not GSM band), but I like the voice recognition and not too bad camera. The speakerphone is pits, you need a bluetooth or jabra to get clear reception.

I LOVE THIS PHONE! It is great, it has so much to do espically for a person who loves to: Text, Web, and Talk and a touch-screen lover.
